Our promise
Sixty days. No return shipping. No questions.
If your order arrives damaged, or you don't love what you ordered, write to us at contact@eatgusta.com within 60 days of delivery and we'll refund or replace. Whichever you prefer. The product stays with you.
What we need
The fastest path is an email with your order number. If something arrived broken or leaking, a single photo of the damage helps us route the refund or replacement faster, but isn't required.
Refunds
Refunds go back to the original payment method within 3 to 5 business days of approval, depending on your bank. We'll email you when it's processed.
Replacements
If you'd rather have the product replaced than refunded, tell us. We send the new one. The original stays with you, gets composted, given away, whatever.
What's not covered
- Gift cards.
- Orders older than 60 days from delivery.
Subscriptions
Subscribe and Save orders are covered by the same 60-day promise. You can also pause, skip, or cancel a subscription anytime from your account, no charge.
