Three preserve jars on a linen-draped table beneath a fig tree in Puglia
Place
Puglia's long dry summer ripens the same three fruits in sequence: apricots in July, figs in August, grapes in September. The same family picks them, the same limestone soil shapes their flavor, and the same two-ingredient logic applies to each. One region, three harvests.

Process
Each preserve is made the same way: fruit and sugar, cooked down in small batches, filled and sealed hot. No pectin, no preservative, no added flavor. Three jars with three different textures and three distinct flavors. The method is the same throughout.

People
The family we work with in Puglia has been preserving fruit this way for two generations. One season's work, three jars. We carry the variety pack because when people taste the apricot, they ask about the fig. When they try the fig, they want the grape.

Questions

  • What's in the pack?
Three jars: Apricot Preserve (8.82 oz), Fig Preserve (9.17 oz), and Grape Preserve (8.82 oz). All made by the same family in Puglia.
  • Are all three jars two-ingredient?
Apricot and grape are two ingredients: fruit and sugar. Fig has a third ingredient, citric acid, a natural acid that balances the sweetness.
  • Can I give this as a gift?
Yes. The three jars arrive together. We don't currently offer gift wrapping, but the packaging is clean.
  • Which flavor is most popular?
Apricot is the most-purchased individually. Most people who try all three end up preferring the fig or the grape.
  • How long do the jars keep?
Up to one year unopened at room temperature. Once opened, keep refrigerated and use within three weeks.
  • How is this shipped?
Ships from the US. In-stock orders go out within 1-2 business days. Free shipping over $75.
  • What if something arrives damaged?
Write to us. We refund within 60 days, no questions.
  • How do I know these are from Italy?
All three are made by the same family in Puglia. We source directly and visit once per season.
